Be.My.Jewel is a bespoke-order platform built for the way custom jewellery is actually made — across a retailer's counter, a design studio's screen and a manufacturer's bench, irrespective of where they are. Instead of a customer's bespoke piece getting lost in endless communication and messy translation, it gets shaped in a single shared space. Everyone opens the same card. Everyone sees the same renders, the same bill of materials, the same delivery date. The retailer stays the hero to their customer. The experience provider orchestrates. The designer creates. Before you ask.
We do not charge any fee for our platform or for the CAD work, as long as the manufacturing is done through the platform. If you request a CAD without any manufacturing, there is a flat fee of AUD 75.
By default, bespoke pieces designed by us for your company are exclusive to you — irrespective of whether you manufacture with us or not.
No. We believe the retailer is integral to the customer's bespoke journey, and we do not offer direct access to customers.
We have two delivery windows: Express — 21 days from the date of CAD and quote confirmation — and Standard — 40 days from the date of CAD and quote confirmation.
The quote provided to you is inclusive of insured door-to-door shipping.
We believe true bespoke shouldn't be limited to select materials. We work with all the commonly used metals — gold, platinum, silver — in different purities and combinations, and the not-so-common ones such as titanium and palladium. The same applies to stones: we supply natural and lab-grown diamonds, precious stones and gemstones, available with internationally accepted certification if needed. For any material not pre-listed on our platform, we'll gladly take up the request in a standard turn-around window.

Yes. Just submit it as a custom request with your requirements, and work with your experience provider to arrange pick-up of the piece once you approve the quote.
All pieces manufactured by us can be submitted for repair using a built-in repair-request function. The cost and turnaround time are indicated according to the complexity of the job, through the platform itself.
